Bergen in the Snow Bergen in the snow 24 February 2010 Teaching <i>Print as Object</i> course at <a href="http://www.khib.no/khib_en">KHIB</a> - working with graphics and ceramics students - interesting. It is unusual to have good access to a University Printmaking Department, but both <a href="http://www.khib.no/khib/Om-KHiB/Avd.-for-spesialisert-kunst/Keramikk/Faglig-aktivitet-for-stab/Ann-Helen-Mydland-utvalgte-arbeider">Anne Helen Mydland</a> (Ceramics) and <a href="http://www.tuulalehtinen.fi/home_en.html">Tuula Lehtinen</a> (Printmaking) have a keen interest in the synthesis of print and ceramic surface. This week’s weather has been exceptional for Bergen - indeed the winter has been most unusual - for the extent of snowfall . Normally when I am here in the early part of the year it is grey and wet, but this time it has been grey, blue and white... Here are a few pics from my walks to and from work..
